RTOWA in its Executive Body Meeting held on 13-03-2014 decided to form a Cultural & Tour Committee to organise Tours for welfare of RTOWA Members. The Executive committee selected the members for its functioning as per the detial given on left side.

06-09-2014 – Tour to Khatu Shyam Jee & salasar Balajee –
As already informed a tour to Khatu Shyam Jee & salasar Balajee was organized by RTOWA Tour Committee on 4th & 5th September 2014. The tour started from Tilak Nagar Metro Station at right time at 7.45 AM by AC Bus. All the 45 seats were full. Packed breakfast , water bottles and frisco cold drink was served to all participants in the bus. On the route the TEA was also provided by the tour committee. The tour reached Khatu Shyam Jee at 4.45 PM. The members stayed in Shree Shyam Haryana Dharam Shala in AC Rooms on Ground Floor. All the participants had an easy Darshan of Khatu Shyam Jee. Sh. Jagdish Sharma and ex MTNL Employee and devotee of Khatu Shyam Jee also helped and gave his full cooperation . On 5th Morning the Tour started for Salasar Balajee at 8.15 AM and reached there at 10.45 AM. The devotees had a very Good and easy Darshan of Salasar Balajee Mandir and Anjani Mata Mandir. After Lunch the tour started back for Delhi at 1 PM. On return, Bananas were served to participants and on the route the TEA was also provided by the tour committee. Due to heavy traffic jam the tour reached Delhi at late night hours. All the members cooperated during the tours. The Chairman thanked all the participants , the tour committee members Sh. M K Raura, Sh. K L Hans, Sh. N K Gupta and Sh. S S Nanda & Sh. R K Mudgal for their efforts in organizing the tours and making the tour a grand success. As the tour is conducted on no profit no loss basis an amount of Rs. 300/= per person was refunded to each participant.
The Tour Committee members are thankful to the all the participants and efforts done by Sh. S S Nanda and R K Mudgil .
Next Tour - RTOWA members may send their suggestions for place of visit, dates of visit by email to RTOWA email or by SMS to any of tour committee members. RTOWA Members can also give their support on the basis of their experience and knowledge in organizing the next tour in the better way.

Start Point – 4-Sep-2014 (Thursday) - Tilak Nagar Metro station 7.30 AM. And Reach Reach Khatu Shyam jee by 3 Pm . Darshan of Khatu Shyam jee and Night Stay.
5 Sep-2014 (Friday) – Mornng 8 AM depart for Salasar Balajee (Rajasthan). Lunch and Darshan of Salasar Balajee and Depart for Delhi by 2 PM. Reach Delhi by 9 PM.
